REPAIR POLICY
Hotline will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, your product if found under normal use and proper care, to be defective.  The decision to replace or repair a product is made by Hotline Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product.  Suits without a copy of the original receipt will not be covered under warranty.

he following is NOT covered under warranty:

  • Alterations
  • Fading from Sunlight
  • Products classified as seconds
  • Material over 1 year from original date of purchase
  • Warranty request without original receipt
  • Repairs or alterations completed by anyone other than Hotline Wetsuits
All items must be CLEAN and DRY or there will be a $10 cleaning fee.  We suggest you ship with insurance and proof of delivery as Hotline is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.  Be sure to include a note with your address, phone, email, and instructions.  Hotline will contact you with an estimate and obtain payment information at that time.  Repairs are typically completed within 2 weeks.
