Hotline Wetsuits was established in 1979 by Brenda Scott Rogers. Brenda followed the natural transition from women's surfing pioneer (1978 recipient of the International Surfing Professionals' prestigious "Rookie of the Year" to a leading female role model in the surf industry. Brenda translated the same drive, conviction and love of surfing that was the impetus behind her professional surfing success into an unparalleled business philosophy a philosophy that revolves around quality, innovation and integrity. This is why Hotline has never lost sight of it's original intended purpose: to design, manufacture and distribute the highest-quality performance oriented surf accessories and wetsuits available in the world. It's an ideal we continually strive towards; and like our employees, our loyal customers have embraced the benefits of this straightforward, hype-free approach. Hotline never places fashion above function. We make our wetsuits to handle and withstand the judgment of Mavericks, and not the fashion industry. And this standard, this strategy, has made a world of difference in the caliber of products we offer.

We recommend rinsing your wetsuit with fresh water after each use and hang dry; Store wetsuit in a cool, dry place. Avoid peeing in your suit, it deteriorates neoprene and abrasive surfaces, like concrete and Velcro. NO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, MACHINE DRY.

HOTLINE YOUTH TRADE-IN PROGRAM
Within a year of purchase, return your child's suit for up to 50% of its original purchase price to receive trade-in credit toward a new youth full suit. Hotline only offers this program out of our Santa Cruz Showroom store.
For example, when you buy a Hotline Toddler Phoenixx BZ full suit for $119.95, you have 12 months to trade it in towards a new full suit. The trade in value could be as much at $60 if it's still in good shape (and most are).
Please refer to the following policies for toddler to junior suit trade-ins:
- Only Hotline Brand toddler or junior wetsuits are eligible for the trade-in program.
- We ask customers to bring the wetsuit in clean and dry.
- Based on the condition and date of purchase the customer is eligible to receive a credit of up to half the current retail price.
- The credit may be redeemed towards a New FULL Priced Hotline brand wetsuit.
- Credit may not be applied toward clearance or used wetsuits
- Sale discounts and other promotional offers do not apply.

SIZING
The sizing charts are to be used only as guidelines to help you find the right size. Since every person has unique proportions and fit preferences, these charts do not guarantee a perfect fit. We highly recommend you measure yourself precisely to ensure an accurate fit. Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (sold out, damaged or defective). CANCELING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once you have completed the checkout process. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size and your order has not shipped contact us as soon as possible at info@hotlineonline.com and we will try our best to accommodate an exchange of size.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Hotline Wetsuits! The Return and Exchange Policy described below.
How to Return a Stock Item for Exchange or Credit
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.
Schedule of Fees within 90 days:Within 7 days Full Refund, within 30 days Store Credit, within 90 days 15% Restocking fee or current market value.
Hot Specials: Returns within 30days only. No guarantee exchange available for size or color.
Custom Stock Merchandise: Orders with alterations will not be accepted for return. All custom orders are final sale.
To make a return or exchange by mail:
- Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
- Name
- Member or customer number
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- When, where and by whom the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your purchased item is in original unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, shipping is free within 48 contigious states. A nominal flat fee of $15 dollars for residence in Alaska and Hawaii for exchanges only.
FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, accessorize and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

We ship our products via UPS Ground. All orders receive a delivery confirmation number upon shipping. Orders are shipped from Santa Cruz, CA. Domestic orders take about 7 business days to be delivered and international orders take about 14 business days.
